Wspólny Słownik Zamówień CPV: o 09100000 - paliwa o 09134100-8 - olej napędowy Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa oleju napędowego do zbiorników zlokalizowanych na stacji paliw Przedsiębiorstwa Usług Komunalnych zlokalizowanych w Komornikach przy ul. Zakładowej 1 w ilości wskazanej przez Zamawiającego. Maksymalna ilość paliwa objętego zamówieniem w okresie realizacji zamówienia: 850 m3. Wielkość zamówienia została określona szacunkowo na podstawie ilości oleju napędowego dostarczonego w czasie 12 miesięcy poprzedzających ustalenie wielkości zamówienia. Rzeczywisty zakres zamówienia może ulec zmianie i będzie określony na podstawie faktycznej ilości dostarczonego oleju, jednakże w okresie obowiązywania umowy nie przekroczy on ilości wskazanej w ust. 3 i nie będzie mniejszy niż 80% szacowanej ilości zamówienia.
