Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odnowienie subskrypcji IBM (dawniej Hashicorp) dla Platformy Konteneryzacyjnej SPC poprzez dostawę tych subskrypcji wraz ze wsparciem technicznym na okres od 13.10.2026 r. do 12.10.2029 r. . Szczegółowe określenie przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Części II SWZ oraz Części IV SWZ. Wykonawca jest związany ofertą 90 dni, od dnia upływu terminu składania ofert do dnia 04.10.2026 r., przy czym pierwszym dniem terminu związania ofertą jest dzień, w którym upływa termin składania ofert.
