Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odnowienie subskrypcji wraz z dostępem do aktualizacji sygnatur oraz wsparciem technicznym dla posiadanego systemu zabezpieczeń sieciowych Checkpoint, zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w SWZ, w tym w formularzu opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy. Miejsce realizacji zamówienia Siedziba Zamawiającego: Katowice, ul. Kossutha 13; Centrum Zapasowe położone w promieniu do 30 km od siedziby Zamawiającego w Katowicach, za wyjątkiem sytuacji niewymagających fizycznego stawiennictwa ze strony Wykonawcy w ww. miejscach - w tym wypadku do realizacji zgłoszenia Zamawiający udostępni Wykonawcy połączenie VPN. Przedmiot zamówienia należy do kategorii ICT. W związku z powyższym oferta Wykonawcy podlegać będzie weryfikacji zgodnie z przewidzianymi w ustawie Pzp przesłankami odrzucenia ofert. Definicje kategorii ICT zgodnie z: ROZPORZĄDZENIE PARLAMENTU EUROPEJSKIEGO I RADY (UE) 2019/881 z dnia 17 kwietnia 2019 r. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa wymagania jakościowe, o których mowa w ustawie pzp. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera formularz opis przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiący integralną część SWZ. Formularz opis przedmiotu zamówienia składa się na treść oferty. Realizacja zamówienia będzie przebiegała na warunkach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, stanowiących integralną część SWZ. Projektowane postanowienia umowy przewidują i określają warunki ewentualnej zmiany treści umowy.
