Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest objęcie 36 miesięcznym wsparciem serwisowym urządzeń NGFW posiadanych przez Zamawiającego wraz z dostawą licencji i subskrypcji. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, wykaz zadań, terminów oraz warunki realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia, płatności, etc. określone zostały w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy (dalej: „PPU”), które stanowią załącznik nr 2 do SWZ i Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (dalej: „OPZ”). OPZ został podzielony na część jawną (który stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ) oraz niejawną (który stanowi załącznik nr 1a do SWZ). Część jawna zostanie opublikowana wraz ze SWZ na Platformie Zakupowej, natomiast część niejawna zostanie przekazana Wykonawcom, którzy podpiszą z Zamawiającym umowę o zachowaniu poufności (NDA), której wzór stanowi załącznik nr 13 do SWZ.
