Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa i wdrożenie rozwiązań dla RCMC w ramach projektu Pom-CMC - obejmujące: (Zadanie 1a) System Pom-CMC wraz z integracjami, (Zadanie 1b) Infrastruktura Sprzętowa dla Systemu Pom-CMC- wraz z wymaganiami integralnymi Zamawiającego, o parametrach zgodnych z załącznikiem nr 2 do SWZ w tym: Zadanie nr 1a - Dostawa i wdrożenie Systemu Pom-CMC z integracji z innymi systemami zamawiającego (on-prem) wraz ze szkoleniami, dokumentacją i utrzymaniem. Zadanie nr 1b - Dostawa, instalacja i konfiguracja infrastruktury sprzętowej (serwery, storage, SAN/LAN, wirtualizacja, backup) zgodnie z OPZ. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, asortyment oraz ilości podano w załączniku nr 1, 2 oraz 5 do SWZ. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia jest finansowany w ramach projektu „POMORSKIE CENTRUM MEDYCYNY CYFROWEJ - umowa nr 2023/ABM/02/00016-00 z Agencją Badań Medycznych o dofinansowanie Projektu na tworzenie i rozwój Regionalnych Centrów Medycyny Cyfrowej.
