Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zwiększenie dostępności usług publicznych oraz bezpieczeństwa świadczenia e-usług w PWiK Sp. z o.o. w Olsztynie. Zamówienie zostało podzielone na 2 części: Część I - Dostawa, wdrożenie i konfiguracja sprzętu komputerowego Zamówienie obejmuje: 1) Zakup urządzeń i oprogramowania Backoffice dla e-usług; Część II - Wdrożenie e-usług oraz rozwiązań back-office Zamówienie obejmuje: 1) wprowadzenie 3-ech nowych e-usług na 4 i 5 poziomie dojrzałości (Wniosek o zgłoszenie zamiaru rozpoczęcia budowy; Wniosek o zawarcie i/lub rozwiązanie umowy o zaopatrzenie w wodę lub odprowadzenie ścieków); 2) Wirtualne Biuro Obsługi Klienta - eConsultant pozwala na bezpieczny przesył danych wrażliwych i weryfikację tożsamości rozmówcy; 3) Wytworzenie API mapa zdrojów wody pitnej i udostępnienie zasobów producentom aplikacji dla biegaczy, rowerzystów, posiadaczy zwierząt: „CPN - Centralny Punkt Nawadniania” udostępniający warstwy na mapie i stronie PWiK ze współrzędnymi lokalizującymi; 4) Geoportal Open Data - e-usługi adresowane dla mieszkańców oraz instytucji gminy Olsztyn.
