Szczegółowy OPZ znajduje się w oddzielnym pliku . pdf o nazwie 169-25 OPZ zał. 1 do swz opubl. _________ Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych Powody niedokonania podziału na części: Zamówienie obejmuje kompleksową dostawę gotowego oprogramowania oraz jego adaptację/ integrację z obecnym w IPCZD oprogramowaniem do zarządzania badaniami klinicznymi (wdrożenie) wraz z gwarancją i nie jest możliwy podział na mniejsze części. _________ Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest Rozbudowa posiadanego przez Zamawiającego oprogramowania zarządzania badaniami klinicznymi (o nazwie własnej SZBAK) oraz oprogramowania e-CRF (o nazwie własnej Multi e-CRF) firmy Transition Technologies Science). Szczegółowy Opis przedmiotu zamówienia i Projektowane postanowienia umowy stanowią załączniki nr 1 i 2 do swz oraz Formularz cenowy zał. 5 do swz. Zamawiający dokona oceny ofert na podstawie przedmiotowego środka dowodowego wymaganego w Rozdziale XV. pkt 1.4. 1. i 1.4.2.swz lub pkt 2.1.4. niniejszego ogłoszenia - Informacje ogólne. UWAGA! Zamawiający nie przewiduje uzupełnienia przedmiotowych środków dowodowych w trybie art. 107 ust. 2 ustawy Pzp - brak lub niekompletność przedmiotowych środków dowodowych wraz z ofertą skutkuje odrzuceniem oferty.
