Description

Przedmiotem Umowy jest: 1) udzielenie Zamawiającemu subskrypcji na System HR w modelu Software as a Service (SaaS) wraz ze wsparciem Producenta, w zakresie i wolumetrii określonych w OPZ oraz Wymaganiach Funkcjonalnych; 2) udostępnienie Zamawiającemu Systemu HR w środowisku produkcyjnym oraz w środowiskach nieprodukcyjnych, w tym deweloperskim, testowym oraz wraz z narzędziami programistycznymi dla zespołów integracyjnych; 3) świadczenie usług utrzymania, monitoringu, kopii zapasowych, bezpieczeństwa i wsparcia Systemu HR przez cały okres obowiązywania Umowy, zgodnie z parametrami SLA wskazanymi w Umowie; 4) udzielenie Zamawiającemu praw (licencji/subskrypcji) do korzystania z Systemu HR w zakresie określonym w Umowie; 5) świadczenie usług gwarancyjnych dla Systemu HR w sposób określony w Umowie i OPZ; 6) przekazanie Zamawiającemu Dokumentacji Systemu w zakresie określonym w Umowie, w terminach umożliwiających Zespołowi Wdrożeniowemu prawidłową realizację jego prac.
