1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Zadanie 1 - Rozbudowa i integracja systemów informatycznych szpitala wraz z modernizacją infrastruktury teleinformatycznej. Zakresem zamówienia objęta jest dostawa, instalacja i konfiguracja urządzeń oraz oprogramowania zgodnie z wymaganiami Zamawiającego, świadczenie opieki serwisowej i gwarancji przez okres 36 miesięcy, szkolenie personelu Zamawiającego z obsługi dostarczonych rozwiązań, wykonanie dokumentacji powdrożeniowej. Zadanie 2 - System archiwizacji i dystrybucji obrazów kardiologicznych dla Pracowni Hemodynamiki. Zakresem zamówienia objęte jest świadczenie gwarancji przez okres 36 miesięcy. Zadanie 3 - Modernizacja systemu RIS/PACS w zakresie umożliwiającym integracje z PUI. Zakresem zamówienia objęte jest świadczenie gwarancji przez okres 36 miesięcy. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz jego zakres zawiera załącznik nr 2 do SWZ w zakresie danego zadania.
