Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa i rozbudowa Repozytorium Elektronicznej Dokumentacji Medycznej, e-Usług, aplikacji lekarza oraz aplikacji pielęgniarki i położnej w ramach projektu pn. „Poprawa dostępu do usług e-zdrowia oraz cyfryzacja procesów leczenia w Centrum Onkologii Ziemi Lubelskiej im. św. Jana z Dukli w celu osiągnięcia pełnej funkcjonalności i zabezpieczenia pełnoprofilowej, wysokospecjalistycznej diagnostyki i leczenia Pacjentów onkologicznych 2. W ramach realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do: a) wdrożenia oprogramowania aplikacyjnego; b) udzielenia licencji na oprogramowanie aplikacyjne; c) udzielenia gwarancji.
