Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa i Wdrożenie Systemu do planowania, ewidencji i rozliczania czasu pracy personelu medycznego i niemedycznego, wraz z integracją z systemem Simple.ERP oraz Opieką Serwisową Posprzedażową zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi przez Zamawiającego. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: 1) Dostawę licencji, Wdrożenie i uruchomienie Systemu 2) Integracja z Simple.ERP w zakresie wskazanym przez Zamawiającego 3) Przekazanie Dokumentacji 4) Szkolenie Użytkowników końcowych i administratorów 5) Zapewnienie Opieki Serwisowej Posprzedażowej i utrzymania jej przez okres min. 36 miesięcy 6) Wykonywanie obowiązków gwarancyjnych, w tym usuwanie Błędów Programu w ramach udzielonej gwarancji jakości. Zamawiający wymaga, aby dostarczony system obsługiwał wystawianie wniosków urlopowych w posiadanej aplikacji mpracownik pro (również z wersji przeglądarkowej) Liczba jednoczesnych użytkowników systemu planowania, ewidencji i rozliczania czasu pracy - 40 Zamawiający wymaga, aby cały proces realizacji niniejszego zamówienia - obejmujący dostawę licencji, świadczenie usług wsparcia technicznego oraz wszelkie działania towarzyszące - był prowadzony z poszanowaniem zasady „Nie czyń poważnych szkód” (DNSH), wynikającej z Rozporządzenia (UE) 2020/852 oraz art. 5 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia (UE) 2021/241 Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia określono w załączniku nr 1- formularz cenowy. załączniku nr 1a - opis przedmiotu zamówienia załączniku nr 2 - projektowane postanowienia umowy.
