Dostawy warzyw i owoców świeżych oraz jaj do placówek Poznańskiego Zespołu Żłobków. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zmówienia zawarto w Formularzu cenowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do umowy. Szczegółowy opis warunków realizacji zamówienia zawarty jest we wzorze umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Wykaz placówek Poznańskiego Zespołu Żłobków zlokalizowanych w Poznaniu wraz z adresami do których dostarczane będą artykuły stanowi załącznik nr 2 do wzoru umowy. Projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie niniejszego zamówienia zostały zawarte w załączniku do SWZ stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość wprowadzenia zmian umowy w stosunku do treści oferty, na podstawie której dokonano wyboru Wykonawcy zgodnie z zapisami § 12 projektu umowy.
