Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa owoców i wędlin - 2 pakiety na zasadach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, w ilościach wynikających z bieżących potrzeb i w terminach wynikających z zawartej umowy. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych na pakiety, wówczas wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na wybrany pakiet lub wszystkie pakiety wymienione w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ (OPZ). Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa owoców: 1. Arbuz świeży, bez zeschniętych części 2. Banany, 3. Borówka amerykańska 4. Cytryna 5. Grapefriut, 6. Gruszka 7. Jabłko śwież 8. Jagody-świeże owoce, 9. Kiwi 10. Maliny 11. Mandarynki 12. Nektarynka 13. Pomarańcza 14. Porzeczka-(czerwona lub czarna lub biała ) 15. Śliwki - różne odmiany, 16. Truskawki 17. Winogrona 18. Rabarbar łodygi Szczegółowe informacje na temat zakresu zawarte są w formularzu cenowym zał. nr 5 do SWZ.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa przetworów: 1.Kiełbasa biała surowa. Produkt z mięsa wieprzowego surowy, 2. Kiełbasa cienka. Produkt o zawartości mięsa wieprzowego nie mniej niż 75%. 3. Parówki drobiowe lub wieprzowe wysokogatunkowe dla dzieci, wyrób o zawartości mięsa drobiowego lub wieprzowego min 80%. 4. Paszteciki drobiowe z kurcząt naturalne lub z dodatkiem smakowym. 5. Polędwica sopocka wysokogatunkowa, wyrób ze schabu wieprzowego,wędzony, parzony 6. Szynka wieprzowa gotowana min 70% mięsa. 7. Szynka konserwowa prasowana blok min. 80% mięsa. 8. Pierś indycza wędzona, wyrób o zawartości mięsa z piersi indyka nie mniej niż 70%. 9. Kabanosy wieprzowe, drobiowe lub wieprzowo-drobiowe. 10. Kiełbasa szynkowa parzona ( szeroka), zawartość mięsa min 58 %. 11. Kiełbasa podsuszana drobiowa lub wieprzowa w osłonce niejadalnej. 12. Szynka dojrzewająca w plastrach - wędzonka wieprzowa, surowa, 13. Salami krojone Szczegółowe informacje na temat zakresu zawarte są w formularzu cenowym zał. nr 5 do SWZ.
