Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa osprzętu do aparatów medycznych na zasadach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy w ilościach wynikających z bieżących potrzeb i w terminach wynikających z zawartej umowy. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych na pakiety, wówczas wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na wybrany pakiet lub wszystkie pakiety wymienione w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ (OPZ). Zamawiający przewiduje składanie ofert równoważnych, o których mowa w art. 99 ust. 5 ustawy Przedmiot zamówienia został opisany przez wskazanie znaków towarowych, patentów, pochodzenia, źródła lub szczególnego procesu, ponieważ nie może zostać opisany w wystarczająco precyzyjny i zrozumiały sposób, dlatego zamawiający dopuszcza produkty równoważne i wskazuje w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (zał. nr 1 do SWZ) kryteria zastosowane w celu oceny równoważności oraz wymaga przedmiotowych środków dowodowych zgodnie z Rozdziałem XV pkt 1.4. SWZ.
