Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa specjalistycznych artykułów chemicznych dla służby mps. Zamówienie zostało podzielone na 6 części: Część 1 - Olej elektroizolacyjny; Część 2 - Olej silnikowy turbinowy; Część 3 - Olej hydroizolacyjny; Część 4 - Smary I; Część 5 - Smary i olej; Część 6 - Smary II. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. Dostarczony towar musi spełniać minimalne wymagania jakościowe zawarte w tym dokumencie. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na wszystkie lub wybrane przez siebie części postępowania. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych, z zastrzeżeniem, że oferta musi obejmować dostawę wszystkich pozycji asortymentowych w ramach wybranego zadania. Oferta nie zawierająca kompletnej wyceny asortymentu określonego w wybranej części podlega odrzuceniu. Ze względu na specyfikę przedmiotu zamówienia, Zamawiający zamieścił w OPZ listę produktów, które są dopuszczone do użytku zgodnie z dokumentacją producenta sprzętu Lockheed Martin. Wykonawca może zaoferować produkt równoważny (nie znajdujący się na liście wskazanej w OPZ) pod warunkiem, że będzie on zgodny z wytycznymi zawartymi w aktualnej liście GUC „General Use Consumables (GUC) List”, opracowanej przez producenta sprzętu Lockheed Martin. Lista GUC stanowi dokument zawierający dane o charakterze wrażliwym, które nie mogą zostać udostępnione na stronie wraz z dokumentacją postępowania. Lista GUC, w zakresie niezbędnym do złożenia oferty, może zostać udostępniona Wykonawcom ubiegającym się o udzielenie zamówienia w siedzibie Zamawiającego, lub drogą elektroniczną po złożeniu wniosku. Wniosek powinien zawierać informację o pozycjach asortymentowych, w których Wykonawca chce zaoferować produkty równoważne.
