1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa oleju napędowego przeznaczonego do tankowania pojazdów i urządzeń eksploatowanych przez Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów Komunalnych w Bełżycach Sp. z o.o. 2) Kod CPV: 09134100-8 - Olej napędowy. 3) Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje zakup, transport oraz dostawę oleju napędowego do siedziby Zamawiającego: Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów Komunalnych w Bełżycach Sp. z o.o. ul. Przemysłowa 35A, 24-200 Bełżyce. 4) Przewidywana maksymalna ilość oleju napędowego objęta zamówieniem podstawowym wynosi: do 200 000 litrów. 5) Zamawiający przewiduje, że jednorazowa dostawa będzie wynosiła około 4 000 litrów, a dostawy będą realizowane średnio 3-4 razy w miesiącu, przy czym rzeczywista częstotliwość i wielkość dostaw będzie uzależniona od bieżących potrzeb Zamawiającego. 6) Podana ilość oleju napędowego jest ilością maksymalną. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do zamawiania mniejszej ilości paliwa, w zależności od rzeczywistego zapotrzebowania, bez prawa Wykonawcy do dochodzenia roszczeń z tytułu niezrealizowania maksymalnej ilości zamówienia.
