Description

1. Przedmiotem umowy jest dostawa oleju napędowego w ilości do 650 m3.Jest to sukcesywna dostawa z zapełnieniem: jednego zbiornika podziemnego o poj. 15 m3 znajdującego się na bazie przy Al. Gen. Wł. Sikorskiego 428 w Rzeszowie, trzech zbiorników naziemnych; o poj. 9 m3 każdy znajdujący się przy ul. Ciepłowniczej 11 oraz 9 m3 przy ul. Szpitalnej 26 w Rzeszowie. Zamawiający posiada odpowiednią infrastrukturę pozwalającą na zgodny z prawem rozładunek dostarczanego przez Wykonawcę paliwa zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami. Zamawiane przez Zamawiającego paliwo będzie przeznaczone jedynie na cele własne. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty w rozdz. III Opis przedmiotu zamówienia w SWZ.
