Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa odczynników, materiałów kontrolnych i akcesoriów zużywalnych wraz z dzierżawą trzech analizatorów do wykonania oznaczeń parametrów krytycznych na zasadach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy w ilościach wynikających z bieżących potrzeb i w terminach wynikających z zawartej umowy. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych. Powody niedokonania podziału na części: Specyfika przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi nierozłączną całość, którą Zamawiający wymaga tzn. dzierżawa analizatora do wykonania oznaczeń parametrów krytycznych wraz z dostawą odczynników i materiałów niezbędnych do wykonania badań określonych w formularzu cenowym zał. 5 do swz. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa odczynników, materiałów kontrolnych i akcesoriów zużywalnych wraz z dzierżawą trzech analizatorów do wykonania oznaczeń parametrów krytycznych: Wykaz badań i ilość oznaczeń stanowiących przedmiot zamówienia w okresie trwania umowy: 1. GAZOMETRIA PODSTAWOWA -30 000 badań 2. PH - 30 000 badań 3. pCO2 - 30 000 badań 4. pO2 - 30 000 badań 5. Na - 30 000 badań 6. K - 30 000 badań 7. Cl - 30 000 badań 8. WAPŃ ZJONIZOWANY - 30 000 badań 9. Glukoza - 30 000 badań 10. Mleczany - 30 000 badań 11. Kreatynina AiB - 30 000 badań Szczegółowe informacje na temat zakresu zawarte są w formularzu cenowym zał. nr 5 do SWZ.
