Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy odczynników laboratoryjnych wraz z dzierżawą analizatorów, w asortymencie i ilościach określonych w Formularzach asortymentowo-cenowych stanowiących Załącznik nr 1A do niniejszej Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ). 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 11 części - Pakietów. Odczynniki oraz dzierżawa analizatora do diagnostyki molekularnej na okres 24 miesięcy -zgodnie z SWZ.; Odczynniki do immunochemii wraz z dzierżawą analizatora i szafy chłodniczej na okres 24 miesięcy -zgodnie z SWZ.; Odczynniki do metody mikrokolumnowej-żelowej wraz z dzierżawą sprzętu do badań serologicznych na okres 24 miesięcy - zgodnie z SWZ.; Odczynniki do testów immunoenzymatycznych wraz z dzierżawą sprzętu do ich oznaczeń ( czytnik do mikropłytek ELISA, płuczka mikropłytek ELISA) na okres 24 miesięcy - zgodnie z SWZ.; Odczynniki do badań hematologicznych wraz z dzierżawą analizatora oraz mikroskopu do oglądania rozmazów krwi obwodowej na okres 36 miesięcy - zgodnie z SWZ.; Sprzęt laboratoryjny do pobierania materiału biologicznego na okres 24 miesięcy - zgodnie z SWZ; Testy diagnostyczne, lateksy, paski do analizy moczu, barwniki i odczynniki do analityki ogólnej na okres 24 miesięcy - zgodnie z SWZ.; Sprzęt i materiały laboratoryjne na okres 24 miesięcy - zgodnie z SWZ; Odczynniki do diagnostyki alergii na okres 24 miesięcy - zgodnie z SWZ; Materiały zużywalne do gazometru OPTI CCA-TS2 wraz z serwisem na okres 24 miesięcy - zgodnie z SWZ.; Odczynniki do badań koagulologicznych wraz z dzierżawą analizatora na okres 36 miesięcy - zgodnie z SWZ.
