Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dzierżawa zintegrowanego, automatycznego systemu diagnostycznego oraz analizatora immunochemicznego wraz z sukcesywną dostawą odczynników biochemicznych i immunochemicznych, elektrod, materiałów zużywalnych i kontrolnych. Oferowany przez Wykonawcę sprzęt medyczny oraz wyroby medyczne muszą posiadać aktualne zezwolenia do stosowania w Polsce - zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 r. o wyrobach medycznych (t.j. Dz. U. z 2024 r., poz. 1620 z późn. zm.) oraz posiadać stosowne deklaracje zgodności (certyfikaty CE). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawierają Załączniki nr 1a, 2 oraz 4 do SWZ.
