Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dzierżawa siedmiu automatycznych analizatorów do badań parametrów krytycznych przeznaczonych do pracy w trybie laboratoryjnym i oddziałowym, wraz z sukcesywną dostawą odczynnikowo-sensorowych oraz materiałów zużywalnych niezbędnych do wykonywania badań/oznaczeń w liczbie określonej w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ, który jest jednocześnie Formularzem Cenowym.
