Specyfikację asortymentowo-ilościowo-cenową przedmiotu zamówienia, wymagane parametry techniczno-użytkowe określa Załącznik Nr 2 do SWZ, który Wykonawca zobowiązany jest wypełnić i załączyć do oferty. 1.3. Specyfikację cenową za dzierżawę stanowi Załącznik Nr 2a do SWZ, który Wykonawca jest zobowiązany wypełnić i załączyć do oferty. 1.4. Specyfikację techniczną przedmiotu dzierżawy (z wymaganymi i punktowanymi parametrami techniczno-użytkowymi przedmiotu zamówienia) określa Załącznik Nr 2b do SWZ, który Wykonawca zobowiązany jest wypełnić i załączyć do oferty.
