Marty Wieckiej - Odczynniki do oznaczenia parametrów krytycznych wraz z dzierżawą aparatury diagnostycznej Szczegółowy zakres parametrów i wymagań dla przedmiotu Zamówienia opisany został w formularzu asortymentowym - szczegółowa oferta cenowa - załącznik 1A do SWZ - wymagania określone na podstawie art. 218 ust. 2 Szczegółowe wymagania stawiane Wykonawcom oraz zasady i warunki realizacji Zamówienia opisane zostały w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, które zostaną wprowadzone do umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego - załącznik nr 3 do SWZ - wymagania określone na podstawie art. 218 ust. 2
