Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa odczynników, materiałów zużywalnych i kontrolnych dla Zakładu Diagnostyki Hematologicznej i Genetyki. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1a do SWZ (arkusz cenowy). Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania Wykonawców. 1. Kwas Arachidonowy - 24 ml 2. ADP -15 ml 3. Kolagen - 30 ml 4. Epinephrine -15 ml 5. Rystocetyna - 50 ml 6. Probówki szklane z mieszadłem - 6 000 sztuk; 1. ADAMTS-13 ACTIVITY ELISA - 192 testów 2. ADAMTS-13 ANTIGEN ELISA - 576 testów 3. DAMTS-13 INHIBITOR ELISA - 768 testów 4. HMWK (high molecular weight kininogen) deficient plasma - 16 ml 5. PK (prekallikrein) deficient plasma - 16 ml 6. Kalibrator oraz kontrole na co najmniej dwóch poziomach dla HMWK i PK - po 25 ml 7. aPTT Reagent dedykowany do pomiaru PK i HMWK - po 10 ml; 1. Probówki do cytometrów z korkiem - 3 opakowań (opakowanie po 1000 sztuk) 2. Probówki do cytometrów bez korka- 100 opakowań (opakowanie po 1000 sztuk )
