Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa odczynników, materiałów zużywalnych i drobnego sprzętu laboratoryjnego wraz z dzierżawą analizatorów dla potrzeb Medycznego Laboratorium Diagnostycznego Szpitala Miejskiego w Zabrzu Sp. z o. o, ul. Zamkowa 4, 41 - 803 Zabrze. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określają załączniki Nr 1 A, 5.1, 5.2 do SWZ. Przedmiotem zamówienia części 1 jest dzierżawa analizatorów koagulologicznych (podstawowego i zastępczego / back up.) wraz z dostawą odczynników i materiałów zużywalnych. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia dla tej części określają załączniki Nr 1 A, 5.1 do SWZ.; Przedmiotem zamówienia części 2 jest dostawa pipet automatycznych wraz z akcesoriami, drobnego sprzętu laboratoryjnego do hematologii.
