Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa odczynników, materiałów zużywalnych oraz dzierżawa sprzętu zgodnie z SWZ. Zadanie 1 - Dostawa odczynników, kalibratorów, kontroli, materiałów zużywalnych do oznaczenia morfologii krwi, retikulocytów, płynów z jam ciała wraz z dzierżawą analizatorów na okres 24 m-cy.; Zadanie 2: Dzierżawa aparatu do alergologii, dostawa odczynników do aparatu do alergologii na okres 24 m-cy; Zadanie 3: Krążki do ozn. lekowraż. krążki diag. paski gradientowe, saszetki do wytw. atmosfery beztl., mikroaerofinej i C02,zestawy do identyf. drobn. oraz testy lateksowe- okres 24 m-cy; Zadanie 4 - Dzierżawa analizatora do posiewów krwi i innych płynów ustrojowych wraz z dostawą podłoży hodowlanych i odczynników na okres 24 m-cy; Zadanie 5 - Dostawa podłoży mikrobiologicznych na okres 24 m-cy; Zadanie 6: Dostawa podłoży do analizy mikrobiologicznej próbek powietrza na okres 24 m-cy.; Zadanie 7 - Dostawa odczynników i testów immunochromatograficznych na okres 24 m-cy; Zadanie 8 - Zakup odczynników i dzierżawa systemu analitycznego do badania ogólnego moczu i elementów upostaciowanych moczu na okres 24 m-cy.; Zadanie 9 - Zestaw do pobrania w kierunku owsika ludzkiego na okres 24 m-cy.
