1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa odczynników, kalibratorów, materiałów kontrolnych i zużywalnych do oznaczania parametrów biochemicznych i immunochemicznych wraz z dzierżawą analizatorów oraz urządzeń pomocniczych. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi: Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy oraz Załączniki nr 2.1 - 2.3. do SWZ - Formularze parametrów wymaganych i ocenianych.
