Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa odczynników i materiałów kontrolnych wraz z dzierżawą analizatorów dla SPWSZ w Szczecinie. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w projekcie umowy, stanowiącym załącznik nr 4 do SWZ oraz w Szczegółowym Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ i w załączniku nr 1A i 1B do SWZ. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa odczynników, kalibratorów, materiałów kontrolnych i zużywalnych do ZDL SPWSZ w Szczecinie wraz z dzierżawą pomocniczego analizatora do oznaczania białek specyficznych w okresie 24 miesięcy. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w projekcie umowy, stanowiącym załącznik nr 4 do SWZ oraz w Szczegółowym Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
