1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wraz z wniesieniem odczynników i materiałów eksploatacyjnych do wykonywania badań parametrów krytycznych w asortymencie i ilościach wyszczególnionych w Załączniku nr 2 do IDW - Formularz asortymentowo - ilościowy. 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest również dzierżawa analizatorów o parametrach wskazanych w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym Część III SWZ. 3. Zamawiający zgodnie z art. 441 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp zastrzega sobie możliwość skorzystania z prawa opcji do zwiększania ilości kupowanego przedmiotu zamówienia w trakcie trwania umowy - na zasadach opisanych w §1 wzoru Umowy.
