Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 2/1 do SWZ. W przypadku wyboru oferty w ramach pierwszej dostawy przedmiotu zamówienia, Wykonawca dostarczy: 1) dot. analizatora automatycznego podstawowego: w formie pisemnej lub elektronicznej (np. na nośniku CD, mailowo, przez wskazanie strony internetowej): a) aktualne karty charakterystyki, o ile odczynniki zawierają substancje szkodliwe, b) procedurę utylizacji odpadów powstających w trakcie wykonywania badań, c) wszystkie certyfikaty jakości dla każdej serii odczynników, kart/kaset, krwinek wzorcowych i materiału kontrolnego; 2) dot. analizatora podstawowego i zastępczego, wirówki, urządzenia do rozmrażania oraz pipety: a) certyfikaty, paszporty, instrukcje w j. polskim, specyfikacja, świadectwa zgodności i dopuszczenia do obrotu. dostawa odczynników do oznaczeń immunohematologicznych wraz z dzierżawą aparatury - wg załącznika nr 2/1 do SWZ
