Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa odczynników do biologii komórkowej na podstawie umowy ramowej w podziale na 5 części dla Sieci Badawczej Łukasiewicz - PORT Polskiego Ośrodka Rozwoju Technologii. 2. Zamawiający będzie udzielał, na podstawie umów ramowych zawartych w wyniku rozstrzygnięcia Postępowania, zamówień na dostawy odczynników niezbędnych do realizacji zadań badawczych w ramach środków własnych oraz projektów realizowanych przez Zamawiającego. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z wymaganiami Zamawiającego względem przedmiotu zamówienia zostały określone w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Formularz wyceny oraz w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ - wzór umowy.
