Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa odczynników do badań laboratoryjnych wraz dzierżawą analizatorów, wdrożeniem i włączeniem w laboratoryjny i szpitalny system informatyczny. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z zamawianymi ilościami znajduje się w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ (Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy) oraz w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ (Projekt umowy). 3. Warunki dostawy i odbioru przedmiotu zamówienia określono w projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. 4. Oferowany asortyment powinien być dopuszczony do obrotu i używania na obszarze Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej oraz spełniać wymogi określone przez ustawę z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 r. o wyrobach medycznych (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1620 ze zm.). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ (Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy).
