1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostarczanie do Szpitala Wojewódzkiego w Bielsku-Białej przy Al. Armii Krajowej 101, odczynników laboratoryjnych i materiałów zużywalnych wg zestawienia ilościowego i rodzajowego określonego w Załącznikach Nr 2.1-2.15 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia, zwaną dalej „swz”, wraz z dzierżawą analizatorów, spełniających parametry eksploatacyjno-użytkowe określone w Załącznikach Nr 2.1 - 2.15 do swz, na warunkach określonych w Załącznikach Nr 2.1-2.15 i projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących Załącznik Nr 4 do swz. 2. Oferowane odczynniki laboratoryjne i materiały zużywalne muszą być nowe i nieużywane. 3. Dostawa przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z transportem i rozładunkiem będzie się odbywać na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy.
