Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa odczynników, krwinek wzorcowych oraz materiałów kontrolnych i zużywalnych wraz z dzierżawą aparatury do oznaczeń w immunohematologii metodą aglutynacji kolumnowej, żelowej przez okres 36 miesięcy od daty podpisania umowy do Laboratoriów Analitycznych Beskidzkiego Centrum Onkologii - Szpitala Miejskiego im. Jana Pawła II w Bielsku - Białej w lokalizacji przy ul. Wyzwolenia 18 i ul. Wyspiańskiego 21. W skład dzierżawy wchodzi następująca aparatura: dotyczy Laboratorium Analitycznego mieszczącego się przy ul. Wyspiańskiego 21: • wirówka o pojemności 12-24 mikrokart - 1 szt., • pipeta automatyczna dostosowana do metody ze statywem - 2 szt., • inkubator do mikrokart - 1 szt., • wirówka z wirnikiem horyzontalnym - 1 szt., • dozownik do diluentu - 2 szt., • automatyczny analizator immunohematologiczny z oprogramowaniem w języku polskim - 1 szt, dotyczy Laboratorium Analitycznego mieszczącego się przy ul.
