1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa odczynników do wykonania badań metodami biologii molekularnej w kierunku jednoczesnego wykrycia materiału genetycznego wirusów RNA HIV, RNA HCV, DNA HBV w pulach osocza oraz z archiwizację metodą całkowicie automatyczną, wraz z wymaganymi kontrolami/kalibratorami i niezbędnymi materiałami zużywalnymi i eksploatacyjnymi dla 288 000 donacji oraz dzierżawą automatycznych analizatorów diagnostycznych z całkowitym oprzyrządowaniem wraz z podłączeniem tej aparatury do posiadanego systemu komputerowego i transmisją wyników badań na okres 36 miesięcy. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza odbycie wizji lokalnej na wniosek Wykonawcy w celu zapoznania się z rozkładem pomieszczeń laboratoryjnych, w których Wykonawca zainstaluje aparaturę do wykonywania badań metodami biologii molekularnej w kierunku jednoczesnego wykrycia materiału genetycznego wirusów RNA HIV, RNA HCV, DNA HBV w pulach osocza oraz z archiwizację metodą całkowicie automatyczną. Odbycie wizji lokalnej jest nieobowiązkowe i nie skutkuje odrzuceniem oferty w myśl art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 18 ustawy Pzp.
