Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest Sukcesywna dostawa specjalistycznych odczynników chemicznych - zwanych dalej Odczynnikami (w tym specjalistycznych materiałów zużywalnych - zwanych dalej Materiałami) zwanych łącznie Produktami dla Instytutu Zootechniki - Państwowego Instytutu Badawczego. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa: a) dla Części 1 - załącznik nr 7 do SWZ - Formularz cenowy - specjalistyczne Odczynniki i Materiały chemiczne dla Zakładu Biologii Molekularnej Zwierząt, b) dla Części 2 - załącznik nr 8 do SWZ - Formularz cenowy - specjalistyczne Odczynniki i Materiały chemiczne dla Zakładu Biotechnologii Rozrodu i Kriokonserwacji, c) dla Części 3 - załącznik nr 9 do SWZ - Formularz cenowy - specjalistyczne Odczynniki i Materiały chemiczne dla Zakładu Hodowli Drobiu Specjalistyczne Odczynniki i Materiały chemiczne dla Zakładu Biologii Molekularnej Zwierząt, zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 7 do SWZ; Specjalistyczne Odczynniki i Materiały chemiczne dla Zakładu Biotechnologii Rozrodu i Kriokonserwacji, zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 8 do SWZ; Specjalistyczne Odczynniki i Materiały chemiczne dla Zakładu Hodowli Drobiu, zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 9 do SWZ
