1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wzorców i materiałów odniesienia do oddziałów Centralnego Laboratorium Badawczego. 2. Zamówienie zostało podzielone na cztery części: Część I: Dostawa wzorców metali Część II: Dostawa wzorców odczynu i przewodności Część III: Dostawa wzorców do badań fizykochemicznych Część IV: Dostawa wzorców chromatograficznych 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia i sposobu jego realizacji, z wyszczególnieniem co do rodzaju i liczby w zakresie poszczególnych części, został określony w Formularzu asortymentowo - cenowym, który podzielony zakładkami na części od I do IV, stanowi załącznik nr 7.1-7.4 do SWZ oraz w załączniku nr 7 (OPZ). Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz ze zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania Wykonawców. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia i sposobu jego realizacji zawiera Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ - „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia” oraz 7.4 - "Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy".
