1. Zamówienie zostało podzielone na 22 części. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ - Formularz asortymentowo - cenowy 3. Wszelkie odniesienia w treści dokumentu do norm zamawiający dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym, a odniesieniu takiemu towarzyszą wyrazy „lub równoważne", zgodnie z art. 101 ust. 4 ustawy PZP. 4. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ w zależności na którą część składa ofertę.
