Odbiorca zamawia u Wykonawcy towar z dostawą na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy, loco magazyn Odbiorcy. 4. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza podczas realizacji niniejszej umowy stosowania opakowań zastępczych na produkty żywnościowe. 5. Pozostałe warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarto w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia i pro-jekcie umowy. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: dostawa dań instant, miodu, sosów, zup, przypraw przetworzonych
