Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: a) Świadczenie usługi serwisowej dla urządzeń drukujących, drukująco-skanujących i skanerów Zamawiającego, wymienionych w Tabeli nr 1 w pkt. I. 1a, w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia - Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. b) Sukcesywna dostawa fabrycznie nowych, nieużywanych materiałów eksploatacyjnych do urządzeń użytkowanych przez Zamawiającego wymienionych w Tabeli nr 2 w pkt II, w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia - Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
