Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi kompleksowego nadzoru inwestorskiego przy zadaniu inwestycyjnym prowadzonym pod nazwą: „Przebudową zbiornika wodnego "Będków" w Leśnictwie Pyszków ” („Zadanie inwestycyjne”). Zamawiający zleca, a Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do wykonania usług polegających na weryfikacji Dokumentacji Projektowej, zaangażowaniu w postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego na wyłonienie wykonawcy Zadania inwestycyjnego, pełnieniu nadzoru nad realizacją robót oraz na zarządzaniu Zadaniem inwestycyjnym. Wykonawca w ramach usługi zobowiązany jest zarządzać, pełnić kontrolę i nadzór inwestorski, a także współpracować z Zamawiającym, w tym w zakresie sprawozdawczości z realizacji Zadania inwestycyjnego.
