Budowa głównego terminala pasażerskiego wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą” Międzynarodowego Portu Lotniczego Katowice w Pyrzowicach. 2. Do obowiązków i zadań Wykonawcy należy w szczególności a) wykonanie usługi polegającej na przeprowadzeniu odbioru i oceny dokumentacji projektowej, b) przeniesienie autorskich praw majątkowych do dokumentacji wytworzonej przez Wykonawcę.
