Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usług obejmujących analizę przedwdrożeniową, wdrożenie, konfigurację, integrację oraz migrację danych dla infrastruktury macierzy dyskowych klasy enterprise wraz z mechanizmami zabezpieczania danych (szyfrowanie, ochrona przed ransomware) wraz z testami, szkoleniami oraz opracowaniem dokumentacji technicznej. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa macierzy dyskowych wraz z wdrożeniem i wsparciem. 2. Zamówienie należy wykonać zgodnie ze szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia (Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ) oraz z projektem umowy (Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ). 3. Określenie przedmiotu zamówienia za pomocą nazw i kodów ze Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień CPV: 30233141-1: Nadmiarowa macierz niezależnych dysków (RAID) 4. Wykonawca udzieli gwarancji na przedmiot zamówienia na okres minimum 60 miesięcy. 5. Dostarczony przedmiot umowy: 1) będzie fabrycznie nowy, kompletny, sprawny, gotowy do użytku, nieużywany i nieregenerowany, nienaprawiany, nie podlegał ponownej obróbce (niefabrykowany), 2) nie wykazuje jakichkolwiek wad fizycznych, prawnych jak i ograniczających możliwość jego prawidłowego użytkowania, 3) jest dopuszczony do obrotu na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. 6. W przypadku, gdy w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia zostały zastosowane odniesienia do norm, ocen technicznych, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencyjnych, o których mowa w art. 101 ust. 1-3 ustawy Pzp, zamawiający zgodnie z art. 101 ust. 4 ustawy Pzp dopuszcza zastosowanie rozwiązań równoważnych. Każdorazowo, gdy wskazana jest w niniejszej SWZ norma, ocena techniczna, specyfikacja techniczna lub system referencji technicznych należy przyjąć, że w odniesieniu do nich użyto sformułowania „lub równoważne”. 7. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych. Zamówienie ze względów technicznych, organizacyjnych i ekonomicznych tworzy nierozerwalną całość. 8. Zamawiający nie wymaga odbycia wizji lokalnej oraz nie wymaga sprawdzenia dokumentów niezbędnych do realizacji zamówienia. 9. Zamawiający nie przewiduje zwrotu kosztów udziału w postępowaniu. 10. Miejscem dostawy jest Gdyńskie Centrum Informatyki, 81-310 Gdynia, ul. Śląska 35-37. Dostawa w dni robocze w godz. 8:00 - 15:00, po uprzednim ustaleniu terminu.
