Description

1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa monitorów (2 szt.), zwanych dalej „sprzętem”. Oferowany sprzęt musi być fabrycznie nowy i nieużywany, pochodzić z bieżącej produkcji (rok produkcji: nie wcześniej niż 2024), posiadać stosowne certyfikaty dopuszczające go do sprzedaży i użytkowania na terenie RP. 2) Zakres zamówienia obejmuje: dostarczenie sprzętu wraz z rozładunkiem, wniesieniem do miejsca wskazanego przez Zamawiającego. Wykonawca jest zobowiązany zapewnić bezpłatny serwis gwarancyjny sprzętu. 3) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 2 do SWZ; 4) Termin realizacji zamówienia: do 17 dni od daty otrzymania zamówienia. 5) Adres dostawy: Uniwersytet Śląski w Katowicach, Dział Zarządzania Dostawami, ul. Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice; 6) Wymagany minimalny termin gwarancji: 24 miesiące. 7) Szczegółowe warunki realizacji zamówienia oraz warunki płatności zawiera wzór umowy stanowiący załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. 8) Zmiany postanowień zawartej Umowy w stosunku do treści oferty, na podstawie której dokonano wyboru Wykonawcy, wynikające z dyspozycji art. 455 ust. 1 pkt 1) ustawy Pzp, mogą nastąpić w okolicznościach przewidzianych w par. 10 ust. 2 wzoru umowy (załącznik nr 3 do SWZ) 9) Wykonawca może złożyć tylko jedną ofertę w zakresie niniejszego postępowania;
