1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje dostawę monitorów zgodnych z poniższą specyfikacją. UWAGA: Wskazane w niniejszej SWZ oraz załącznikach do SWZ: znaki towarowe, patenty i miejsce pochodzenia są uzasadnione specyfiką przedmiotu zamówienia - odnoszą się do opisu oprogramowania funkcjonującego w ramach dotychczasowej infrastruktury teleinformatycznej Zamawiającego oraz jej rozbudowy. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, warunki realizacji zamówienia, płatności, etc. określony został w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia/Formularzu Oferty Technicznej (dalej: „OPZ/FOT”), stanowiących załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz Projektowanych postanowień umowy (dalej: „PPU”), stanowiących załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
