Przedmiotem zamówienia jest modernizacja systemu SIEM w celu zwiększenia bezpieczeństwa sieci OST 112. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. Przedmiot zamówienia składa się z 3 zadań: ETAP I Zadanie nr 1 - odnowieniu licencji subskrypcyjnych wraz ze wsparciem technicznym producenta (S&S) dla systemu IBM QRadar SIEM na okres 36 miesięcy od dnia podpisania protokołu odbioru Etapu 1, jednak nie wcześniej niż od dnia 01.01.2027 r.; ETAP II Zadanie nr 2 - świadczenie usługi wsparcia technicznego przez Wykonawcę dla Systemu IBM QRadar SIEM przez okres 36 miesięcy od dnia podpisania protokołu odbioru Etapu 1, jednak nie wcześniej niż od dnia 01.01.2027 r.; Zadanie nr 3 - świadczenie usługi serwisu pogwarancyjnego przez Wykonawcę dla platformy sprzętowej QRadar SIEM przez okres 36 miesięcy od dnia podpisania protokołu odbioru Etapu 1, jednak nie wcześniej niż od dnia 01.01.2027 r.
