Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zestaw mikroskopu sił atomowych (ang. atomic force microscope- AFM) umożliwiający pomiar topografii i innych właściwości podłoży oraz warstw epitaksjalnych struktur półprzewodnikowych, w szczególności wytworzonych metodą MBE na podłożach GaN, składający się z: 1) Niezależnych skanerów w osi Z oraz XY przy czym skaner osi Z jest zintegrowany w głowicy mikroskopu, a skaner XY, jest elementem stolika skanującego. 2) Zautomatyzowanego stolika umożliwiającego pomiary podłoży o średnicy 2” , jak również pomiary mniejszych próbek. 3) Zestawu optycznego do podglądu próbki 4) Elektronicznego, cyfrowego kontrolera mikroskopu 5) Komory dźwiękochłonnej i aktywnej platformy antywibracyjnej. 6) Zestawu komputerowego Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się punkcie 3 SWZ
