Description

5.1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest dostawa zintegrowanego systemu konfokalnego przystosowanego do badań przyżyciowych. 5.2. System konfokalny przystosowany do badań przyżyciowych, przeznaczony jest dla Zakładu Biologii Komórki i Immunologii oraz innych Zakładów CMKP w celu realizacji prowadzonych badań naukowych. 5.3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest dostarczyć przedmiot zamówienia do wskazanego przez Zamawiającego pomieszczenia znajdującego się w Zakładzie Biologii Komórki i Immunologii CMKP w Warszawie przy ul. Marymonckiej 99/103. 5.4. Szczegółowy opis zamówienia, określający wymagania Zamawiającego, stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 5.5. Zamawiający wymaga udzielenia gwarancji na oferowany przedmiot zamówienia na warunkach zgodnych z określonymi w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia oraz w projekcie umowy. 5.6. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w projekcie umowy.
