Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa wraz z montażem mebli do Domu Studenta Uniwersytetu Kazimierza Wielkiego DS nr 2 „ATOMEK” przy ul. Łużyckiej 21 w Bydgoszczy”, szczegółowo określona w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) (Załącznik nr 11 do SWZ), Formularzu cenowym (Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ) oraz w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (Załącznik nr 12 do SWZ). Niniejsze postępowanie prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie art. 132 ustawy z dnia 11.09.2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (tj. z 18 maja 2021 r. Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1605, 1720) zwanej dalej "ustawą Pzp" oraz niniejszej Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia, zwaną dalej "SWZ". 2. Szacunkowa wartość zamówienia przekracza kwotę określoną w obwieszczeniu Prezesa Urzędu Zamówień Publicznych wydanym na podstawie art. 3 ust. 2 Pzp. 3. Zamawiający przewiduje zastosowanie tzw. procedury odwróconej, o której mowa w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy PZP, tj. Zamawiający najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu
