1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa wyrobów medycznych przeznaczonych do zabiegów elektrofizjologicznych serca wraz z dzierżawą generatorów dla UCK WUM w podziale na 13 Części. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy (odpowiednio w zakresie Części, której dotyczy).
